We are Hot Mess BBQ New Hampshire, a dynamic team made up of a pitmaster, an ex-chef, and eight Gen Z cooks competing in barbecue competitions across the Northeast.

We’re passionate about backyard barbeque and competing with a variety of smokers, including offset smokers, pellet smokers, and ugly drum smokers (Super55's). Our passion for smoked food drives us to explore different tastes and cultures, bringing a unique and innovative approach to barbecue.
